DismissPravin PatilBuilding Tata nexarc1wTata Business Hub is looking for a highly talented Cluster Sales Manager who will be tasked with acquiring
thousands of SMBs in India and sell them Tata’s suite of solutions for SMB’s. Your responsibilities will include
recruitment of SMBs and increasing business adoption and market penetration. Working in a dynamic sales
environment you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and recruiting SMBs on the Tata platform. The
candidate should be well versed in driving sales strategies and analyze own performance on the sales metrics,
inputs and outputs.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment with an ability to
deal with ambiguity. Candidate should possess both a business development and account management
background that enables him or her to drive engagement with respective stakeholders. He/she should also be a
self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against the market coverage plan. This role provides
opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business
climate.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Acquire and onboard new SMB customers across all verticals in the assigned territory
● Interact and develop relationships with the decision maker and other key stakeholders and influence them
to adopt Tata products for SMB’s.
● Maintain and exceed targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our SMB business.
● Drive sales funnel to augment customer acquisitions and represent Tata in industry forums to drive
awareness.
● Manage continuous relationship with existing customers for new opportunities
● Capture and share ground level market feedback on portfolio specific offerings and feature set based on a
systematic need-gap analysis for customers in focus customer segments
● Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with leadership
● Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Tata services in coordination with the leadership
● Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Have you accomplished these qualifications?
● 5+ years of business development, sales, account management experience in B2B environment
● Proficiency in the use of email with strong written and verbal communications skills.
● Full professional proficiency of regional language is required.
● High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience on the B2B side/technical/SaaS sales
● Experience with CRM, data analytics & BI tools
● Solid understanding of B2B space including but not limiting to SMB clients, channel mgmt, high touch sales,
different channel verticals, pre-sales and after sales
