Subject: Filling up the post of Joint Industrial Advisor (General Central Service, Group 'A' Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) in the Department Chemicals and Petrochemicals in Level 12 .

Pay Matrix (Rs.78,800- 2,09,200), one post on Composite Method [deputation (including short term contract) plus promotion] basis and the second post by deputation including short term contract basis. It is proposed to fill up the post of Joint Industrial Advisor (General Central Service, Group-'A' Gazetted, non-ministerial)

 Pay Matrix (Rs.78,800-2,09,200) in the Department of Chemical and Petrochemicals. One post will be filled on Composite Method [deputation (including short term contract) plus promotion] basis and the second post on deputation including short term contract basis.

2. Eligibility Conditions: Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory administrations or public sector undertakings or universities or recognized research institutions or semi government or autonomous bodies or statutory organizations:-

(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

 or

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in level-11 (Rs.67,700-2,08,700) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;

And

 (b) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience- (i) Master's degree in any branch of Chemistry (but excluding bio-chemistry) from a recognized University or institution and eight years' of experience in chemical or petrochemical under Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations or public sector undertakings or universities or recognized research institutions or semi government or autonomous bodies or statutory organisations dealing with chemicals or petrochemicals; or (ii) Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemical technology from a recognised University or Institute and nine years' of experience in chemical or petrochemical under Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations or public

IS ENGINEERING TEXT BOOKS IN REGIONAL LANGUAGES HELPS US, HERE IS A REPORT

The all India Council for technical education has recently launched technical text books for engineering courses in Marathi. The books have been introduced after the government decided to have engineering books 11 languages to support from non English medium schools.  In 2021 AICTE has initiated the translation work to publish 218 books and the Maharashtra government recently 20 engineering books in Marathi to help students.  Harshadeep s joshi, assistant professor, Babasaheb Ambedkar technological university ,lonere, Maharashtra who was among the panel involved with the translation of engineering books in Marathi hails the initiative to be supportive students.  The target group is the students from rural Maharashtra, where Marathi is the primary language.
