SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - ANDROID & iOS AT CHENNAI

 

Job Description

You will work on Android and iOS mobile apps for an enterprise SaaS product that helps billion-dollar companies track their high value equipment. 

You are responsible for writing secure code that is responsive. You will be writing test cases and making tools to exercise your code. 

We follow best practices such as source control, code reviews, code refactoring and technical debt. 

We have weekly architecture review meetings and developers stay aware of application performance and customer issues at all times.

 We encourage developers to spend time enhancing their skills through continuous education.

Job requirements

You are familiar with native code development on Android and/or iOS with minimum two years of experience in mobile app development. You will have coded and currently maintaining an app that is available on the app store. You should be able to demonstrate excellent debugging skills. Prior experience in code performance optimization is a must. You will be required to contribute to team meetings.

IS ENGINEERING TEXT BOOKS IN REGIONAL LANGUAGES HELPS US, HERE IS A REPORT

The all India Council for technical education has recently launched technical text books for engineering courses in Marathi. The books have been introduced after the government decided to have engineering books 11 languages to support from non English medium schools.  In 2021 AICTE has initiated the translation work to publish 218 books and the Maharashtra government recently 20 engineering books in Marathi to help students.  Harshadeep s joshi, assistant professor, Babasaheb Ambedkar technological university ,lonere, Maharashtra who was among the panel involved with the translation of engineering books in Marathi hails the initiative to be supportive students.  The target group is the students from rural Maharashtra, where Marathi is the primary language.
