 We are Hiring for Practice lead- Digital Transformation Services, Telecom Domain 

For Pune/Bangalore/Chennai & Hyderabad location (preferred location).

We are looking for Industry Consultants with extensive hands on Technical and Analytical, Presales/Solution experience in leading Digital transformation programs in dynamic global environments in Telecom capacities.

Responsibilities

As a Practice Lead, you will

• Be part of Telecom Services practice within DTS – Practice Development & Solution Design.

• Lead Telecom digital transformation projects globally for multiple accounts or multiple engagements in single account

• Responsible for business development efforts – response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and presales support

• Be engaged in short but intense consulting, due diligences, PoC exercises to win the implementation project

• Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design

• Work with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces

• Identify whitespaces and conceptualize solution areas through use case articulation, user story creation and wireframing

• Strong understanding of innovation initiatives in the industry from operations standpoint

• Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirement


- Key Skills Required This role requires the following skills, expertise and experience:

• Domain: B2C Telecommunication, B2B Telecommunication

• Strong Experience telecom domain in practice development/consulting/solution design role in Digital organizations/practices.

• Strong consulting, solution development skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities in telecom domain with prior experience in - Shared services and outsourcing advisory for global organizations - In driving automation initiative by conducting business process reviews to identify the use cases for automation

• Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing and/or shared services operations.

• Proven delivery management skills of multiple programs, getting deep into the requirements & solutioning when needed

• Strong in developing data driven solutions in Telecom space

• Help our clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients’ as-is processes and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints

• Help hire, mentor and train team members into the practice

• Strong in developing relevant of Proof of Concept, Internal Asset for demonstration purpose to internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

The all India Council for technical education has recently launched technical text books for engineering courses in Marathi. The books have been introduced after the government decided to have engineering books 11 languages to support from non English medium schools.  In 2021 AICTE has initiated the translation work to publish 218 books and the Maharashtra government recently 20 engineering books in Marathi to help students.  Harshadeep s joshi, assistant professor, Babasaheb Ambedkar technological university ,lonere, Maharashtra who was among the panel involved with the translation of engineering books in Marathi hails the initiative to be supportive students.  The target group is the students from rural Maharashtra, where Marathi is the primary language.
